CTC Swansea, Ride Grading – Guidelines only!

GRADE 1 – EASY.  Mainly on the flat with gentle slopes or gradients.  Distances between 10-30 miles
GRADE 2 – LEISURE.  For the leisure cyclist who cycles regularly, includes some steeper climbs. Distances between 20-45 miles.
GRADE 3 – MODERATE. For those who cycle regularly, includes more steep climbs.
Distances between 25-60 miles. 
GRADE 4 – CHALLENGING.  For regular cyclists who are looking for longer distances and more climbs, Distances between 40-70 miles.
GRADE 5 - DIFFICULT.  Up to 100 miles with more and longer climbs.

All rides and a leader and back marker, no rider will be left behind, we have a policy to support all riders. 
New riders are welcome to join us anytime.
