MTB For Mental Health
I'm Katie and I run MTB for Mental Health.
This group was inspired by my own journey with my mental health and how I discovered that mountain biking makes me feel 1000% better!
Wellness rides will be every 2 weeks on a Sunday unless I am away!
We have 1 ride in Sheffield and 1 ride in Barnsley every month to add a bit of variety and a change of scene.
